Internet Cyclone - utility for configuring and optimizing network connections under the operating systems Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP. The program is compatible with all types of modems, but also knows how to work with compounds such as LAN, ISDN, CABLE, DSL, T1, and others.
